We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with an exchange.

Exchange Window Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How to Initiate Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and a photo of the product. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
